1. About Us

Jaelle Balloons specializes in luxury balloon décor, event styling, custom balloon installations, and party decorations for private and corporate events.

Our website is intended to provide information about our services, allow customers to request quotes, schedule bookings, and purchase products or services.

2. Booking Policy

A signed agreement and a non-refundable booking retainer are required to reserve your event date.

Your event date is not secured until:

• Your proposal or invoice has been accepted.
• The required retainer has been paid.
• You receive written confirmation from Jaelle Balloons.

We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability or project requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
• Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the retainer.
• Accepted payment methods include approved electronic payment options listed on our website or invoice.

4. Custom Design Services

Every balloon installation is custom designed specifically for your event.

While we work closely with your inspiration photos, color palette, and event theme, every installation is handcrafted and may vary slightly due to:

• Balloon availability
• Seasonal inventory
• Venue limitations
• Product substitutions
• Weather conditions

These variations do not constitute a defect in service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Because materials are purchased and custom work begins immediately after booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Booking retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the retainer.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in additional charges for materials already purchased and work completed.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request one rescheduled event date if notice is provided at least 14 days before the scheduled event.

Rescheduling is subject to:

• Availability
• Material availability
• Venue availability

Additional fees may apply if supplies must be reordered or labor increases.

7. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance.

The client agrees to provide:

• Accurate venue information
• Parking access
• Loading access
• Setup access at the agreed time
• A safe work environment

If our team experiences delays caused by venue restrictions or client unavailability, additional labor charges may apply.

8. Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon installations are installed at the client's request and risk.

Weather conditions including:

• Wind
• Rain
• Extreme temperatures
• Direct sunlight
• Humidity

may affect the appearance and lifespan of balloons.

Jaelle Balloons is not responsible for weather-related damage after installation is completed.

9. Balloon Lifespan

Balloons are temporary decorative products.

Their lifespan depends upon:

• Temperature
• Weather
• Handling
• Indoor vs. outdoor placement
• Exposure to sunlight
• Children
• Pets
• Sharp objects

We cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after installation.

10. Rental Equipment

Rental items may include:

• Backdrops
• Balloon stands
• Flower walls
• Pedestals
• Marquees
• Neon signs
• Easels
• Decorative props

All rental equipment remains the property of Jaelle Balloons.

The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment while in their possession.

Replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items.

11. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows balloon installations.

The client is also responsible for obtaining any necessary venue approvals or permits.

Jaelle Balloons is not responsible for venue restrictions communicated after booking.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Ensure the installation area is ready upon arrival.
• Keep guests away from décor during installation.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to the event.

13. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Jaelle Balloons reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use these images for:

• Social media
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Website portfolio
• Printed materials

No personal identifying information will be published without permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, website content, and original décor concepts created by Jaelle Balloons remain our intellectual property.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload harmful software.
• Copy or reproduce website content.
• Interfere with website functionality.

16. Privacy

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of New York.

21. Changes to These Terms

Jaelle Balloons reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
